THE MAP

The Narrow Place / Mitzrayim

Where are we caught in patterning or conditioning that no longer serves? What is not working? Through embodied practice, sacred sound, dance therapy, expressive arts and more, we’ll learn to identify our no’s, bringing to awareness what has grown intolerable, and clarify what needs to shift.

Initiation: Crossing the Sea

Behind every no is a deeper YES. Stand at the threshold of what was and what wants to be. Listen for soul’s truth through the body’s language. Dare to dream. What do you most deeply want? Can you let yourself have it? What’s alive enough to inspire a brave step into the unknown? Can you move forward with trust that the waters will part?

New Paradigm: Miriam’s Circle Dance

Embody the frequency of your yes. Become it. Through sacred movement tools, sound, devotional music, expressive arts and more, co-create a paradigm of presence, play and possibility. Dance beyond unconscious patterning into a new way of being. Experience your presence, your voice, your unique expression as an essential part of the great circle dance of humanity.

The Wilderness & The Well

On the other side of the sea, with a vast desert before us, how do we choose to stay enchanted and believe in the beauty of our dreams?  See the ordinary as extraordinary? Do we have the discipline to integrate the insights uncovered in the dance into our daily lives? Together we'll learn how to make the unconscious conscious and like Miriam's well, cultivate creativity like flowing water. Return home grounded with new insights and embodied tools to support your journey.
